When making an online or telephone booking, you will be asked a series of questions in order to determine Coronavirus risk. The answers to these questions will help us to determine whether you need an ordinary appointment, testing or attendance at hospital.

24 hour care is available for our patients. For medical attention after hours, please phone (03) 5986 5888 and our answering machine will inform you how to contact our after hours service. For life threatening and urgent medical matters please dial 000.
Our standard appointments are made at 15-minute intervals, allowing discussion of one or two medical items with your Doctor. You are welcome to request a longer consultation if you have additional health queries. Please inform the receptionist if you need a longer consultation when you make your booking. Please note that life threatening and urgent medical matters are prioritised upon arrival.

You can contact your doctor by ringing during surgery hours. Emergency calls will always be dealt with immediately.
This is a private billing practice. Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, Mastercard, Visa or EFTPOS. If you have difficulty in paying for your consultation, please discuss this with our Practice Manager. DVA card holders and people under the age of 16 will be bulk billed for GP services. Others may be bulk-billed at the discretion of the treating Doctor. A discounted rate is offered to Pensioners.
